Making moves and getting the Reviews

As an author and poet I can only put my work out to the world and pray its accepted. I have recently been meditating on how I can do more with my writing and searching for way to push myself forward as a writer and poet. 

I decided to breath life into my poetic pen with little clips, snapshots of what type of poems I can create on the fly. Its my way of staying sharp. 

Here are a few I wrote as my thoughts rolled back and forth. 

As a poet my fear is my words will be malnourished or miscarried. So I nurse them from the conception of thought to the birth of sound. K. L. Belvin

My role as an author is to continue to look inward to find more of what I want can share with you the reader. It may come in truth or fantasy, either way if I hold it for myself I have wronged everyone including myself. K. L. Belvin

I also committed to writing a fictional story which will appear in a anthology set for release in June. 20K words need to be done by January. I am excited to work on what has been a weakness for me. But if I am going to be a well rounder writing I have to challenged myself. I'll post more about the project as the details come up. Its going to be Christian fiction. I can't wait. 

I've also had the pleasure of seeing my book "From Gigolo to Jesus" featured on a new pilot site which is working hard at promoting new authors and connecting them with readers. They even had a write up in the Wall Street Journal.

As you all know...it takes a special kind of book for me to endorse.... Keith Belvin has show many strides with this book and it will knock your socks off, make you get some popcorn and not turn on

This was a great book. I am dealing with someone who use to be the same and it related sooo well. I had him on the edge and he read the book also and found himself at awe. Great book and I would recommend it to anyone.

This book has opened many eyes on how I became the man I am. I have learned my book is a great read. I am honored to know its helping others. This was one of my goals when writing.
